Brethren in the Lord, on behalf of the North American Baptist Association of the Ghana Baptist Convention(NABA), and on my own behalf, I wish you all a very Happy New Year.
The year 2024, has run so fast to the extent that January 2024 seems like yesterday. However, through it all we can expressly and gladly say that the Lord has been good to us; as individuals and as a Convention.
In retrospect, we have a lot to be thankful for as we usher in and celebrate the New Year. We have successfully gone through elections in both Ghana and the USA, electing in both instances, past presidents into office, something historic and eventful. May the Lord grant both presidents the requisite knowledge and ability to bring success and prosperity to their people.
The year 2025, will surely be more challenging and eventful, but our hope in Christ is our sure foundation. My candid advice is that we do not not push for a social Jesus, nor a political Jesus, but a saving Jesus who has saved us through His precious blood shed on the Calvary Cross.
May the peace of God which surpasses all understanding be with you and your families as we are ushered into the year 2025. May the new year be loaded with great benefits– good health, wealth, and endless blessings. May our wildest dreams manifest this New Year in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and may our hearts be filled with gratitude and appreciation for our families and our ministries.
May the good Lord shower His anointing on all our churches, their Shepherds, and all the ministers of God in our Convention.
Once again I wish you a Happy New Year. May the Lord crown the new year with goodness and mercies, holding and protecting us through the power of His Resurrection. May the good Lord bless you all. Amen.
